Our story

Charcutie opened its doors (or popped up its tent) for the first time in August 2024, making our first stop as a farmer’s market vendor. Equipped with boxes of charcuterie and a dream, we spent the day selling snack boxes to passersby.

Our CEO & Founder quickly realized that her real dream with Charcutie was to become Utah’s premiere charcuterie choice, and she began honing her craft. Hours of Pinterest scrolling and trying things that had never been done before led her to gaining a loyal following throughout the state of Utah.

Charcutie has quickly become familiarized by our innovative approach to grazing tables and charcuterie boards, an experience you won’t receive through any other charcuterist.

Currently Charcutie caters to the entire state of Utah, with bases in Cache Valley and Southern Utah. Let us bring charcuterie to you, so you don’t have to worry about set up or clean up, only your enjoyment of company and great food.
