THE INVESTMENT
Our minimum booking total for grazing table design packages for over 25 guests is $1,000, which covers most weddings and events hosting up to 50 guests. More intimate gatherings with 25 or less guests, begin at $650. For beverage bars, our minimum investment is $800.
These minimum investment totals support Charcutie’s mission of working exclusively with local farmers, cheesemongers, and other artisans where possible, while guaranteeing Utah’s most opulent food styling displays are delicious for the eyes and mouth.
An average catering investment with Charcutie is $2,500 for 100 guests.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING’S PACKAGE?
All in-state travel, set-up, breakdown, and subsequent taxes and fees are included in your quoted total. Upon booking, our clients receive full access to our complete list of the best vendors in Utah.
We curate our menus based on seasonality and your preferences, to create the tastiest, fully-custom spreads for your perfect day. Finally, we ensure a pristine, timely set-up with a highly trained, professional team, specialized in crafting the perfect grazing table with hand-picked ingredients.
Upon booking, all clients receive a highly customized design proposal, which includes draping mock ups, menu options, and other design details. All wedding packages include our signature Honeymoon Box (a charcuterie box designed for the couple) and our client gratitude box, which is mailed to the couple’s address. Our client gratitude box includes a few of our founders’ favorite things, a polaroid of the grazing table, and a mini art print of the grazing table.
During the holidays, each of our clients throughout the year receive a thank you gift to show our appreciation for having us as a part of your life’s biggest moments.
